肖鹏,山东大学基础医学院教授,博士生导师 国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者;山东省“泰山学者”青年专家,山东省 优秀青年基金获得者;山东大学杰出中青年;山东大学“齐鲁青年学者”;山东 大学“未来学者”,山东大学基础医学院生物化学与分子生物学系主任。

研究方向:重大疾病靶标G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)进行结构与功能研究及天然产物筛选

目前取得了系列创新性学术成绩:1)阐明 重要神经递质多巴胺受体的配体识别及激活机制,建立了GPCR调控Arrestin的 “码头分选”模型(Cell, 2021;Nat Chem Biol, 2018;Nat Commun, 2021);2) 解析了具有神经活性脂类(固醇类和脂肪酸类)激素的识别机制,发现神经系 统疾病治疗的GPCR新靶点(Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, 2022; Nature, 2021; Nature, 2020; Sci Adv, 2021);3)开发了靶向GPCR和下游磷酸化网络治疗神经系统疾病 的干预策略(Nature, 2022a; Nature, 2022b;J Neurochem, 2019; J Cell Mol Med, 2020; J Biol Chem, 2018;等)。迄今为止,在Cell、Nature (4篇)、Nat Chem Biol、PNAS等高水平期刊共发表学术论文32篇(含已接收)。其中以第一或通讯 作者(含共)发表论文19篇,包括4篇Nature (2022a; 2022b; 2021; 2020),1篇Cell (2021),2篇Nat Chem Biol (2018, 2022),1篇Nature Commun (2021),1篇Sci Adv (2021)。共主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,国家重点研发计划子课题2项 (项目骨干),山东省自然科学基金3项;担任中国药理学会生化与分子药理学专 业委员会委员,山东生物化学与分子生物学会理事。
